They are always most helpful and go to great lengths to meet our needs. As an example, when my computer broke down recently in the middle of an important project and failed to respond to suggested solutions sent by email. I dropped it off at their premises for inspection at 1pm, agreed the quote by 3pm and it was ready for collection by 4pm.
