We will aim to fix any problems and breakdowns as quickly as possible, whether it is a complete system failure, or that annoying system hang, so you are up and running again as soon as possible.

We always keep you apprised of the costs before work is undertaken, so there is never a nasty surprise when you get your computer back.

In some circumstances we can loan you equipment whilst yours is being repaired in our fully equipped workshop. We can repair most computer equipment.

We use the latest diagnostic software and hardware tools to trace faults including those annoying intermittent system hangs.
